  • Garbled Characters When Quoted

    I finally found out the problem that when I was quoting and had garbled characters is because something in my keyboard settings called "Smart Punctuation" was turned on by default. I turned it off and now problem solved. Somebody told me to look for it and credit goes to him for helping me out.

    Rule #1 Always name the one you owe the credit to.
