    Fix session_set_terminate_cb missing dssh_ prefix

    Item 90 rename missed this function Ä the definition used the
    internal name but deucessh.h declared dssh_session_set_terminate_cb.
    Demo apps (EXCLUDE_FROM_ALL) hid the linker error.
