    I had announced that the POLITICS echo was going to be de-listed/retired
    and suggested that folks migrate over here or to one of the other political echoes.

    However, Gregory Deyss stepped forward and volunteered to take over as the
    new POLITICS moderator, and I gladly took him up on his offer.

    This is just an FYI to anyone who migrated over here -- POLITICS has a new moderator who is looking forward to continuing the echo.
