    Confusers have pretty much replaced radios as my hobby. I do note cars driving around my area with elabourate antennae clamped to the bumper,
    or in one case, mounted on a receiver hitch where a tow-bar/hitch ball
    for a trailer would normally reside.

    Think about it. What are you using to communicate with the bulletin
