Title: Jerky Marinade

Yield: 1 Batch
2 lb Flank steak; sliced thin
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Honey
6 cl Garlic; minced
1 tb Ginger; grated, heaping
1 1/2 tb Red pepper flakes -OR-
30 Black pepper grinds; freshly
-ground
1 ts Sesame oil
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Onion powder
1/2 ts Liquid smoke flavoring
Partially freeze steak to assist in slicing. Remove all extraneous
fat, slice thinly (1/4"). Combine remaining ingredients, mix well,
and marinate meat overnight. Dry with dehydrator.
