Lentil Soup

Hi All,
Here's the lentil soup I made yesterday that everyone liked.
I haven't banged it into a recipe program yet. I will write it
using US mesurements.
2 Medium onions
2 Medium carrots
6 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 can of diced tomato (28 oz)
1 1/2 cups dried lentis (I had green)
2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 Chicken cubes
6 cups water.
Extra:
1 cup left over veggies
2 left over pork chops
Soften onion in olive oil, add carrots. Add garlic for about a min.
Dump in tomato cook for a few mins, add 4 cups water, chicken cubes,
sage parsley, lentils, paprika, salt
Put lid on instant pot - set for 15 mins. Let it natural release for
15 mins.
It will be very thick. I then take the boat motor and blitz it all up, adding the remaing water as required for desired thickness.
Add left over veg, cubed meat (if using). Let it simmer on "Keep warm"
until ready to serve. Enjoy.
