    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Jalapenos Rellenos
    Categories: Mexican
    Yield: 12 Peppers

    12 Pickled jalapenos
    1/4 c Swiss cheese; grated
    1/4 c Cheddar cheese; grated
    1/4 c Green onions; finely chopped

    MMMMM---------------------------BATTER--------------------------------
    2 Eggs; separated
    1 tb Flour

    Slit jalapenos on one side lengthwise--seed, rinse, and drain. Mix
    cheeses and onion together and use this to stuff peppers. Bake on
    baking pan at 350?F for 10 to 12 minutes, or dip in batter and fry
    in hot oil until golden brown.

    Batter:

    Beat the whites of 2 eggs until stiff. Remove from mixer and fold in
    the yolks, one at a time. Add 1 tb flour and mix.
