2 lb Small zucchini; unpeeled;
- thinly sliced
2 md Onions; thinly sliced
1 c Salt
2 c White vinegar
2 c Sugar
1 ts Celery seed
1 ts Mustard seed
1 ts Turmeric
1/2 ts Dry mustard
Cover zucchini & onion slices with water & add salt. Let stand 1 hour.
Drain. Mix rest of ingredients & bring to boil. Pour over zucchini &
onions. Let stand 1 hour. Bring to boil & cook 3 minutes. Pack in hot,
sterile pint jars, seal & process 15 minutes in hot waterbath.
