What do you mean? The NY governor made an executive order that prioritized the distribution of Paxlovid to non-whites first.
A constitutional amendment to prevent governors from doing such asini things seems in order!
That already exists, but Elitists believe that they are above the laws. And if no one prosecutes, or the judge dismisses, nothing will be done.
And any black people who had covid and took Paxlovid while it was reserve >MP> >non-whites only" should be ashamed of themselves! Nobody even bothered to >MP> >speak
up and say "I think we should let white people have this also!"
Can you provide a link where it says that NY would only allow non-whites >MP> to have it?

This article from Fox News explains it pretty good.
Okay... I'm in... lets do an amendment... HAHAHA... If we could sue elected officials for their bad policies we'd be rich!!!
I just wish that the elected officials actually gave a crap about this. Nobody besides me remember it for some reason. I think that reason is because people want to kiss the butts of black voters, but it just ain't right.
So, in short, no where does it say that only non-whites could have the treatment. It does say that persons needed to have a medical condition
or other risk factors, and it goes on to say that they were including being non-white as a risk factor based on what I would call questionable logic.
I might have exaggerated by saying "they wouldn't give it to white people" but
t's wrong for them to say that "being non-white is a risk factor."

For some reason, governments don't like gigantic protests.

Not now... The left is sick of trying to convince voters that their socialist ideas are good so they are importing new voters by opening
the borders.
BTW, blacks in Chicago are pissed and they want to sue the Mayor...
Things are changing, people are waking up.
