What do you mean? The NY governor made an executive order that prioritized the distribution of Paxlovid to non-whites first.

A constitutional amendment to prevent governors from doing such asini things seems in order!

That already exists, but Elitists believe that they are above the laws. And if no one prosecutes, or the judge dismisses, nothing will be done.

That's true. The best way to fight back would be a gigantic statewide protest. I'd organize it myself if I knew how.

More importantly, we should organize a nationwide protest against the federal government for their failure to secure the border.

For some reason, governments don't like gigantic protests.

And any black people who had covid and took Paxlovid while it was reserve >MP> >non-whites only" should be ashamed of themselves! Nobody even bothered to >MP> >speak
up and say "I think we should let white people have this also!"

Can you provide a link where it says that NY would only allow non-whites >MP> to have it?

    https://tinyurl.com/yc383nnm

This article from Fox News explains it pretty good.

    Yes it does:

"The plan includes a section on eligibility for the scarce antiviral pills
that people must meet to receive the treatment, including a line stating a person needs to have 'a medical condition or other factors that increase
    their risk for severe illness.'

"One such 'risk factor' is being a race or ethnicity that is not White due
to 'longstanding systemic health and social inequities.'

"Erin Silk, a spokesperson for the New York Department of Health, told Fox
News in a statement that the state's 'prioritization guidance comes
directly from the CDC' and that neither 'race nor ethnicity would disqualify
    an individual from receiving treatment.'

"'Systemic poverty, which has clearly proven to be a risk factor in
populations in New York State and nationwide, is added to the algorithm of prioritization similar to all other risk factors. It is merely mentioned as a factor that increases risk,' she wrote."

So, in short, no where does it say that only non-whites could have the treatment. It does say that persons needed to have a medical condition or other risk factors, and it goes on to say that they were including being non-white as a risk factor based on what I would call questionable logic.

So, if you were white back in December, 2021, and also had a risk factor -- being old, being diabetic, etc. -- you would have qualified to receive the treatment. Most states were not giving it out to normally healthy people
back in December, 2021, due to the scarcity of the treatment. My state was not, but I do know people who did receive it then because they were
    considered "old" (both over 75).

Okay... I'm in... lets do an amendment... HAHAHA... If we could sue elected officials for their bad policies we'd be rich!!!

I just wish that the elected officials actually gave a crap about this. Nobody besides me remember it for some reason. I think that reason is because people want to kiss the butts of black voters, but it just ain't right.

Not now... The left is sick of trying to convince voters that their socialist ideas are good so they are importing new voters by opening the borders.

BTW, blacks in Chicago are pissed and they want to sue the Mayor... Things are changing, people are waking up.

I might have exaggerated by saying "they wouldn't give it to white people" but it's wrong for them to say that "being non-white is a risk factor."

There is more to this story that's not found on the internet:

My sister was white and had covid, and died from it. She couldn't breathe, and Paxlovid wasn't offered to her. I believe that it could have saved her life.

My wife and I both have covid right now. She's black, I'm white. She asked her doctor for Paxlovid, and her doctor gave it to her. I asked mine for it, and my dr refused. (I managed to get it from a walk-in clinician instead.)

I can't help but to blame the governor for the all the bs.

Yes, that inclusion is questionable, but they said that the CDC recommended
it. I wonder if any other states felt the same and followed suit?

Especially when they are controlled by the Elitists and the protests are against them. They obviously didn't do anything about the BLM riots.

I think the Elitists know that they can no longer convince anyone of anything. They've been caught lying too many times and people have been hurt by the lies.

Sort of gives a whole new meaning to the term "woke".
