    Trump met Xi in South Korea and immediately lowered import tariffs by 10% to 47%. As if that were a huge concession. China also promised a lot and, like the US, will likely do little with it. Xi must have thought: "Fuck you, here's your handshake and please leave immediately, I have more important things to do". There was no press conference afterward. In my opinion, Xi no longer takes the American president seriously at all. Why would he?
