  • Autoposts Stopped

    Due to echo moderators prohibiting autopostings, I have decided to
    SUSPEND these...mainly the Today In History Postings (among others).

    The Today In History Postings change daily, and recycle yearly. I
    had previously suspended the weekly autopostings on the daily ham
    radio nets that I run...but these are now ending as well.

    In the BBS Ads echoes, I had to enable DUPLICATE CHECKING, as many
    BBS's were doing the autoposts of their system several times a day.

    To get these posts resumed, I will need a reply from the moderator
    of this echo, to state it's OK. Otherwise, they will be on my local
    message areas only.

    Sorry for any inconvenience...your understanding is appreciated.

    responded via netmail that it was ok.

    BTW, you also stopped posting them in your own echoes??

    I still had them locally...but have re-enabled them except in
    the one echo where I was told they were forbidden.
