    Hah, yes. Semi-connected sci-fi amateur writing. The little blurb on the homepage is the semi-connected part. When people sign up they can write whatever they want, with a couple rules like not messing with other
    people's stories without asking first.

    As for this usenet group, it's just for stuff related to cosmic. Writing
    chat, inspirations, collaboration. Anything like that.

    The members are half linux nerd people and half sci-fi nerd people, some of the story posts are quite good, mine are mostly references to other sci-fi things or tech references.
