    Since I want to give folk advice on Usenet, but to be honest? Don't
    want people showing up here and they might not want to join in on
    Usenet proper?

    What resources exist for building a server?

    What do you mean? Do you want to know how you can host your own NNTP
    server? You'd just run INN2, say, in an Internet-ready computer.
